Co-sponsored by the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies (JEMS), this conference will host emergent and early career scholars who will present their original research addressing contemporary issues of international migration throughout the American subcontinent. Ranging from examining migration governance in Peru and Chile to family reunification for refugees in Brazil to mobility regimes in Nicaragua and Honduras, this conference will be timely and enlightening for all attendees.
